Who I am

I’m a transformational coach, strategist, writer, and artist with a lifelong fascination for how people change, create, and make meaning.

For the past two decades I’ve guided leaders, founders, and creative thinkers through profound shifts, empowering them to connect with deeper clarity, intuition, and personal power.

How I Work

Whether in a coaching relationship, or facilitating an executive workshop, my role is to hold space, surface what’s emerging, and reflect the underlying patterns, tensions, and possibilities that want to be acknowledged. Clients bring their own intelligence. I bring presence, discernment, and a deep capacity to see the unseen.

Prior to Pleiades Insights, I built and led the strategy team at Skylight Collective, served as Head of Brand at Vacasa—guiding the company’s brand evolution ahead of the largest Series C funding round in Oregon’s history—and led the strategy practice at Cinco Design. I cut my teeth at JDK Design, now Solidarity of Unbridaled Labor. Across these roles, I’ve collaborated with innovative tech startups, culture-defining brands, and creative agencies.

My first book, A Field Guide to Now: Life in the Present Tense, was published in 2012, and my essays have appeared in Kinfolk, The Sun, and The Los Angeles Review. My artwork has been shown at First Thursday Portland, the BCA Gallery, and SEABA Gallery.

As a strategic leader and artist, I’m passionate about cultivating curiosity, imagination, and the conditions for meaningful collaboration. My work lives at the intersection of intuition and strategy, helping people and organizations recognize what’s emerging—and move toward it with clarity and resonance.
